Please join the New Orleans Architecture Foundation on Tuesday, February 21st to hear from local architecture firm, Trapolin-Peer, on their lessons learned working with the Louisiana Division of Historic Preservation (DHP) and the Louisiana 25% Commercial Rehabilitation Tax Credit. The New Orleans Architecture Foundation has facilitated several lectures on the various historic tax incentive programs. The next step is hearing case studies from architects, designers and homeowners who experience these programs first hand.
Come and learn from local architects, Peter Trapolin and Paula Peer, as they dive into their work with Historic Tax Credits on their project 800 Magazine St., home of Peche Restaurant and Octavia Art Gallery. They will discuss the opportunities and challenges of preserving and advancing the architecture of New Orleans.
Please bring your questions to ask during the open forum portion of the lecture.
AIA members will receive 1.5 HSW credits.
